Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2025

As per the official notification, applicants must not exceed 40 years of age. However, the age limit is relaxable by 5 years for regular medical officers of ESIC and government servants, as per Central Government rules.

Qualifications and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2025

The required qualifications and experience differ based on specialties:

(A) For Broad Specialties:

• Educational Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant subject.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident/Tutor/Demonstrator/Registrar/Assistant Professor in a recognized institution after post-graduation.

(B) For Dentistry:

• Educational Qualification: MDS or equivalent in the relevant subject.
• Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution after acquiring the MDS degree.

(C) For Non-Medical Candidates:

• Educational Qualification: Postgraduate (Master’s) and Doctorate (PhD) degrees in relevant subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after completing a PhD.

Pay Scale for ESIC Recruitment 2025

Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Level-11 in the pay matrix:

• Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
• Additional Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) as applicable.

Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment 2025

The selection process will be based solely on performance in the Interview conducted by the Selection Board.

Minimum Qualifying Marks in Interview:

• UR/EWS: 50 marks
• OBC: 45 marks
• SC/ST/PwBD: 40 marks
